I will show you the current competition and the recent sales and calculate the estimated proceeds you should receive at closing. (I base our pricing recommendations both on closed sales and the current competition.)

Pre-Marketing Improvement Suggestions, Assistance & Staging by an Accredited Staging Professional
I will review your home with you, inside and out, and help identify items that should be repaired or improved prior to putting your home on the market. After all, you only get one chance to make a first impression! This service is invaluable, because I know what the market considers important (and what really doesn’t matter) and I can help you get the repairs done quite reasonably and painlessly. When you hire me to sell your home, you will also have access to my preferred home improvement contractors and vendors.

Real Living Pre-Market Pricing

Before your house goes on the market, you will benefit from the combined expertise of the entire company. Real Living agents will tour your property and provide us with feedback on pricing and preparing your property for the market. This also ensures that each agent will be knowledgeable about your home when buyers call.

Extensive marketing and advertising will showcase your home and get the word out to the greatest possible number of potential buyers. I work with a team of professionals - photographers, web designers and graphic artists. View examples of my marketing materials below.




MLS Listing
Your home will be listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MRIS) and will be accessible to all area Realtors.

All of my listings are showcased with professional pictures.

In addition to the MRIS your house will be marketed on the Internet. I post your home on dozen of sites:,,,, I am committed to staying connected to our tech-savvy demographic and blog about my listings on Facebook and my Website.

Open House(s)

  • Brokers Open House (I  invite other real estate agents to view your house the Tuesday after it is listed on the market and provide lunch)
  • Public Open Houses (as many as it takes)

Continuing Market Survey & Market Updates
I stay on top of the market for you. I monitor the homes that have sold, and those that haven’t, to ensure that the property is still priced appropriately.
